In our journey as early adopters of customer success, we understood its immense potential as a revenue generator. So much so, our first hire in our previous startup was a Customer Success Manager (CSM) - a decision driven not by trends, but by our firm belief in the value of customer success. Yet, we felt our approach to customer success could be optimized. Every crucial area of our business was systemized, except for customer success. From bending our sales CRM to Google Sheets, to Jira boards - none of the tools we tried were specifically built for customer success. We tried existing market solutions and they were either too expensive, too complex, or took too long to implement.

After exiting our last startup, we spoke to a lot of businesses and found that many shared the same frustrations. We realized there was a need for a platform that made customer success accessible, efficient, and cost-effective without compromising on its ability to drive revenue.
And so, Userlot was born - a customer success platform designed for businesses like ours, who understand the power of customer success and are ready to unleash it.
